UZINFOCOM team took part in the International Management Forum "Person-Centered Management"
The Forum has become a platform for the development of HR management culture, exchange of experience and useful contacts, getting recognition by the professional community, as well as getting acquainted with new technologies and tools in this sphere.

The Forum also hosted the final of the International Competition of Live Companies "Happiness in Business!". More than 100 domestic and foreign companies participated in it.
HR-specialists of the companies with the highest "Happiness Index", including UZINFOCOM, presented effective solutions and practices of working with personnel, increasing the prestige of the company and development of corporate culture. The finalists were awarded with honorary diplomas.
A tour of the UZINFOCOM office was also conducted for the jury members and speakers of the forum to familiarize them with the team's work processes and corporate culture.
