UZINFOCOM at UIMF 2025: Driving Digitalization in the Mining & Metallurgy Sector.
UZINFOCOM was a key participant in the 7th Uzbekistan International Mining and Metallurgy Forum (UIMF 2025). The event was held in Tashkent as part of the MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2025 exhibition, with support from the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology.

The forum served as a vital platform for discussing initiatives in digitalization, Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation, and sustainable development, spearheaded by industry giants like NMMC.
Ulugbek Tagaliev, Director of the UZINFOCOM Project Office, delivered a presentation titled: “The ‘Geomonitoring’ Information System: Implementation, Analysis, and Results.”
“Geomonitoring” IS is a digital platform developed by UZINFOCOM that integrates processes, data, and all stakeholders in the geology sector, ensuring transparency and efficiency in mineral exploration and extraction.
Ravshan Maksumov, UZINFOCOM’s Director for Industrial Digitalization, moderated one of the key sessions, steering the conversation on the future of digital technologies in metallurgy.
The forum was a crucial venue for exchanging ideas and outlining the next steps toward the digitalization of the nation’s mining and metallurgy complex.
