Working Meetings and Experience Exchange in Urban Digital Solutions

During the dialogue, the parties exchanged views on current trends in the development of urban digital services and possible formats for cooperation.

Topics discussed included modern approaches to the digitalization of utility services and city service management, as well as solutions aimed at simplifying user processes and increasing the transparency and efficiency of infrastructure operations.

Particular attention was paid to digital tools for organizing parking spaces and improving the comfort of the urban environment. The approaches presented generated interest and laid the groundwork for further discussions and exchange of experience.

Additionally, as part of the visit, employees visited the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, where they were introduced to practices in applying digital solutions for administration and government services.

Following the meetings, the parties noted the relevance of the initiatives discussed and expressed interest in continuing the professional dialogue.
