The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved a temporary procedure for reviewing applications regarding connection to the DMED Unified Medical Information System and the "Electronic Prescription" module.

Applications are reviewed as follows:

Private medical institutions or pharmacies must address an official letter to the Ministry of Health and submit it via the form at the following link: https://forms.gle/UQTGqPWoDJGat4eHA

Once the application is verified, accounts will be created for doctors, or a token will be issued for integration with an existing information system, depending on the organization's request.
Subsequent technical work regarding connection or integration is carried out by the Single Integrator UZINFOCOM. Please note that connection to the system is free of charge.
Please note: This procedure is temporary. Any future changes to the application format will be announced separately.
